The nature vs. nurture argument is one of the oldest, with nature supporters emphasizing genetic composition, characteristics, or temperament and nurture supporters emphasizing environmental, cultural influence, and experience (Speilmann, Jenkins & Lovvett, 2021). Thus, the nature vs. nurture debate centres on the extent to which specific features of behavior are a result of either inherited (genetic) or acquired (learned) effects. I believe the interaction of both the factors of nature and nurture explains our human development. Both nature and nurture emphasise the importance of our development.
